The Annual Chronic Disease Prevention Symposium has a limited number of scholarships available for students who would like to attend. This year's event will be held virtually from June 3-5, 2021.

All undergraduate and graduate students who are currently enrolled are eligible to apply. Scholarships cover the full cost of registration for the Symposium.
